Hi, yes, it has definitely gotten better. Earlier, I used to miss my cycle for a month or two, but now my periods are regular, although scanty (they've been scanty for quite some time)..So thanks to Moringa powder . For skin, been using aloe gel although not very regularly (tend to forget). But that also has been quite effective in reducing my acne which were I guess mostly due to PCOS
